Terms and Conditions for the Use of Atlantis´ Homepage

For the access and use of the website(s) of Atlantis Information Technology GmbH, Wangen, Germany (in the following: Atlantis), the following Terms and Conditions shall be valid:

1. Atlantis has taken every reasonable amount of care to ensure the accuracy of the information on Atlantis´ website(s). Therefore, Atlantis shall in no event be liable in connection with the use of the above named information or any of its representations, unless Atlantis specifically states otherwise on any of its websites, or unless Atlantis has acted in gross negligence or willful misconduct.
   
   Also, Atlantis shall not be held liable, in case any of the websites or the servers providing these websites, shall not be free from viruses or any other harmful elements. Atlantis has used diligent care to ensure that the websites had been free of viruses or any other harmful events at the time Atlantis had delivered them to the providing entity.

Should you deliver person-based information or data, i. e. such information or data, with which the identity of your person or entity can be identified, to our homepage, or should you deliver such information or data for us to provide them on our homepage, you hereby agree that, Atlantis shall be entitled to process such information or data in accordance with the applicable laws and statutes. 4. Client shall only be entitled to use, copy or distribute the information provided on Atlantis´ websites in unmodified form. In particular, Client must not remove any copyright symbols and notices contained on the websites.

The websites provide access to Atlantis's international product catalogues and, therefore, may contain references or cross references to specific Atlantis products and services, which may not be readily available in a particular country. Therefore, Atlantis shall not warrant the readily availability of a specific product in a specific country at a given time, and Atlantis´ website shall not be construed as an offer that Atlantis shall intend to distribute its products or services in a particular country.
   

6. Atlantis´ websites include software available for downloading free of charge. Such software is made available by Atlantis for use by end users only, i. e. Client must not copy, reproduce or redistribute such software. All other intellectual, proprietary and copyrights shall remain with Atlantis.
   Since Atlantis provides these programs free of charge, Atlantis hereby expressly disclaims any liability, warranties and representations, with the exception of liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct and in no event shall Atlantis be held liable for any amounts representing loss of profit, loss of business or indirect, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages.
